1. Description of the Service
RealFollowers provides social media growth services (followers, likes, views, subscribers, plays and related engagement) for third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Spotify and Telegram. Orders are fulfilled manually by our team.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Service. By placing an order you represent that you own or are authorised to manage the social media account for which the Service is ordered.
3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes where required.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Orders are considered placed once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicated per product. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fulfilment begins after payment confirmation. Ensure your target profile is public and correctly spelled at checkout — we are not responsible for orders placed against incorrect handles or private accounts.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
- To violate the Terms of Service of the underlying social media platform.
- To harass, defame or infringe the rights of any person or entity.
6. Third-Party Platforms
RealFollowers is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Spotify or Telegram. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Changes to a third-party platform's API or policies may affect delivery times or the availability of a service.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealFollowers's aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the seller's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
