- Order data: your target social media handle, the service purchased, quantity, add-ons.
- Billing data: email address and payment metadata (processed and stored by Stripe; we never see your card number).
- Account data: when you register in our admin area, your email and hashed password (managed by our authentication provider).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, timestamps and anonymised analytics data.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Delivering your order — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Fraud prevention and service security — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Optional analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), obtained via the cookie banner.
4. Sub-processors
We share data only with the following processors, bound by data-processing agreements:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
- Supabase (managed via Lovable Cloud) — database and authentication.
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of our web application.
5. International Transfers
Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
Order records are retained for the duration required by tax and accounting law (up to 6 years in Spain). Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
